Q: What information is required to complete the application?
A: Vul het formulier volledig in: geregistreerde naam en adres, telefoonnummer, ondernemingsnummer, btw-nummer en facturatiecontact. Zorg ervoor dat het aanvraagformulier is ondertekend. Indien u vrijgesteld bent van omzetbelasting, voeg dan een kopie van uw vrijstellingscertificaat bij. U wordt geïnformeerd indien verdere informatie vereist is.

A: The process is typically completed in one to two days.

V: Hoe weet ik dat er kredietvoorwaarden zijn vastgesteld voor mijn account?
A: A confirmation letter will be emailed to you stating your customer ID#, credit limit and payment terms.
If credit facility is granted, then this will be valid for 12 months and subject to review. -
Q: My company is located outside the country you have offices at, how can I get credit terms?

A: Our standard terms we offer is NET15 or NET30, this will be dependent on the results of the credit report which will be run.

A: Your quotation and VAT Invoice will state the Radwell entity you have purchased from, which bank account to pay and what currency this needs to be in. Please ensure that you pay in the correct currency.
